2. Installation Preparation

 

2.1 Pre-use inspection

 

2.1.1 After unpacking the new device, please check whether the device casing is deformed and whether the interface is damaged. If there is any damage, please contact your dealer or FLUMINER customer service for after-sales service.；

2.1.2 After unpacking the new machine, check whether there is any abnormal sound or metal collision sound, or whether the screws are falling off or loose. If so, please do not power on the device and contact your dealer or FLUMINER customer service for after-sales service.；

2.2 Environmental requirements

 

2.2.1 Place the device in a well-ventilated place and do not block the air inlet and outlet.；

2.2.2 Avoid sharing the socket with other high-power devices and ensure that the socket ground wire is connected to the earth.；

2.2.3 Keep children away from mining machines or electrical wires；

2.2.4 Operating environment temperature：0 至 40℃ 

2.2.5 Operating humidity: 10 to 90%RH non-condensing

2.5 Matters needing attention

 

2.5.1 Please place the device in a safe and stable position during operation to avoid safety accidents such as falling.

2.5.2 The device should be connected to a router or switch that does not have POE function, and can only be connected to a router or switch that does not have the 2.4GHz frequency band (2.4G W iF i) function through wired means;

2.5.3 Do not stack the device or cover it with other objects to avoid affecting its heat dissipation

2.5.4 Please start and operate the device in the recommended usage environment (working temperature: 0 to 40°C, working humidity: 10 to 90%RH non-condensing) to avoid affecting the normal operation or performance of the machine.

2.5.5 Pay attention to dust and foreign matter prevention to avoid corrosion of the motherboard and cause the device to malfunction;

2.5.6 Do not modify the device without permission, and do not use software or firmware other than the Fluminer official website to operate the device. The resulting damage to the machine is not covered by the warranty.

2.5.7 For your safety, it is prohibited to remove any screws and fasteners on the product.

2.5.8 In order for you to enjoy the product warranty service smoothly, please do not tear off any labels or stickers on the outside or inside of the product.

2.5.9 This device will generate heat during operation. Please avoid contact with the casing during operation.

3. Procedure

3.1 Connecting devices

3.1.1 Plug in the power cord and connect to the outlet;

3.1.2 Connect the router and the mining machine with an Ethernet cable;

3.1.3 And screw in the provided WIFI antenna; 

 

3.2 Start the mining machine

 The green indicator light is on, indicating that the device is operating normally.

 

3.3 Log in to the Web backend

 

3.3.1 Use the mining machine batch management tool or query the IP displayed on the mining machine screen. Use a terminal device such as a PC/laptop/Pad in the same network segment, open the browser and enter the mining machine IP on the web page to enter the web backend.

4. Operating Instructions

 

4.1 Daily Operation

4.1.1 Start the mining machine

 

Turn on the power, plug in the network cable (connect to W iF i) and the device starts running.

4.1.2 Stop mining machine

Cut off the network (unplug the network cable or disconnect WiFi) and run for 3 minutes, then unplug the power cord.

4.1.3 Check Status

A. Check the running status of the mining machine (computing power, stability, power consumption...) through the device screen；

B. Check the running status of the mining machine (computing power, stability, power consumption...) through the web page；

C. Check the running status of the mining machine (computing power, rejection rate...) through the mining pool account；

5. Maintenance and maintenance

 

5.1 Clean regularly

 

5.1.1 Check the air inlet and outlet of the equipment every 2 weeks and clean away any accumulated dust;

5.1.2 Use a dry soft-bristle brush or a hair dryer to clean the dust from the air inlet and outlet.

 

5.2 Firmware Upgrade

 

5.2.1  Pay attention to the firmware update information and update instructions on the official website in a timely manner;

5.2.2 Update via the web or SD card.


5.3 Fan Check

 

If the fan noise increases, please contact after-sales service for replacement.

6. Common Problems and Solutions

 

6.1 The mining machine cannot connect to the network

 

Check your network connection or restart your router.

 

6.2 Mining machine overheating

 

6.2.1 Make sure it is placed in a well-ventilated location and clean the dust at the air inlet and outlet; 

6.2.2  If the operating time exceeds 1 year, please replace the heat sink thermal material.

 

6.3 The mining machine status at the mining pool is not updated

 

6.3.1 Check whether the mining pool account is correct;

6.3.2 After the device starts, wait about 10 minutes for confirmation.

Free repair for non-human damage within 180 days.
